Local & Organic Ingredients
All of our products are made in house using organic flours, St David's Dairy butter, Tom’s Paddock eggs and locally grown produce, where available. We are proud to support local and Victorian producers and use organic produce wherever possible.
Organic Sourdough Bread
Organic stoneground flour, water, pink lake salt and is leavened with our organic starter. A delicious loaf with a thick crust. Enjoy it toasted to get the best flavour.
Multigrain includes organic white, wholemeal and rye flour with water and pink lake salt and is leavened with our organic starter. Then cracked wheat, barley and rye grain are added and the loaves are rolled in organic pumpkin and sunflower seeds. A simple but delicious bread, which makes a great start to the day.

Wholewheat Sourdough with Oats
Organic wholemeal flour, water, pink lake salt leavened with our organic starter. Here you get the benefit and full-bodied taste of the entire wheat grain with addition of oats – a great source of fibre.
Spelt Sourdough (Low in Gluten)
Organic spelt wholemeal flour, water and pink lake salt is leavened with our organic spelt starter. This ancient grain will let you enjoy a real earthy flavour with low gluten and high fibre.
Light Rye Fruit Sourdough
For the rye lover who wants their rye to be a bit lighter. This bread made with rye, wholemeal and white flour, water and pink lake salt is leavened with our organic starter It’s not as heavy as the dark rye but still gives you a full flavour along with the delicious sweetness from quality, organic Australian dried fruits (no sulfur). Best to have toasted with some cheese or with salted organic butter.
Dark Rye Sourdough with Sprouted Rye Grain
Organic rye wholemeal flour, water and pink lake salt is leavened with our organic rye starter. This loaf also includes sprouted organic rye grain and caraway seeds for flavour, texture and goodness. Dark Rye is very low in gluten and to enjoy the full earthy flavour of this bread, enjoy it with some cheese or perhaps some smoked salmon.
